Hello, I changed to a pay account on April 27 in which I paid 9.95 which lasted until May 27. Today is May 28 and my submission count has not reset to zero and it is giving me a warning that I have 90 submissions and over my limit. Can you please explain to me when this number resets. According to my figures, the 90 were used in the month that I paid the 9.95 and should have reset back to zero on May 27th to start a new period.

When you had your account downgraded, your limits were also downgraded to that of a free account, which is 100. To my knowledge, your limits shall reset back to zero on the first day of the next month.
Hope this was of any help. Thank you.

I paid for April 27-May 27 (1000 submissions), so I should either have my limits at 1000 submissions or my numbers reset on the 27th correct? Why am I back to 100 submissions limit but my actual submissions not reset with it? Since the 27th I have only had 10-20 submissions. The 90+ total that you currently have were used in the April 27-May 27 period. If you are billing me from the 27th to the 27th, my numbers should reset on the 27th and not the 1st correct?

I have escalated this issue to our level 2 support. I'm afraid I am not in the position to explain the numbers to you. You will be contacted shortly after the proper department has been notified of this matter. Thank you for your patience.

We reset monthly counts 1st day of every month. We do not reset them on the day you created your account or upgraded to Premium.

The other guy gave me that answer so your not really providing me with any new information. It also makes no sense.
Here is how my situation went:
April 26: Was close to 100 submissions so purchased Premium subscription which upped me to 1000
May 20: Assumed that I was going to have 1000 submissions until May 26 when my premium subscription ended, so went through the process of returning my account back to 100 submission limit also assuming I would start back at 100 submission limit beginning on May 27 (end of my premium month), not May 20.
May 20: While the submission limit when back to 100, my submission count did not.
This is where there is an inconsistency. If you charge someone a monthly fee starting in the middle of the month, shouldn't their totals reset in the middle of the following month (which is the end of their 30 day period) and not the first of the month? Shouldn't the totals reset together and not at seperate times during the month?
I feel like I did not get a full months worth of the premium subscription. I also had to pay another 9.95 because I was supposedly getting close to the limit, which I don't feel I should have had to do pay if I had the premium subscription for the entire month.
Because I feel like your subscriptions cost more than you are advertising, I'm on the fence as to whether I want to continue to use your forms. I would like to hear from you regarding this issue. Maybe I'm not understanding how to maximize the use of the monthly subsciption. If this is the case, I would be interested in hearing your advice on this. Thanks for your time and I hope this issue can be resolved to both of our satisfaction.

If you upgrade your account to Premium on 26th, and cancel before the end of next month, you will be Premium until 26th of next month. Then your limits will be back to 100. We only change your limits. We do not reset your counts. It is true that when you downgrade your account to free, you do get another 100 submissions for that month. That's how it currently works and we will consider your suggestion. Thanks.
