My account keeps getting suspended

    My account has been suspended for the second time in a week and the reason I'm given is that its purpose is " to deceptively obtain sensitive personal information".

    This happened last week and I explained the form to jotform support, they quickly reactivated my account.

    Can you please re-activate my account ASAP and also make sure that it doesn't get automatically suspended again any time soon?
