When you embed your forms from the "Embed Form Wizard" and enabled "Secure Forms" checkbox, it will automatically use SSL connections and submissions. SSL will encrypt the outgoing connection to and from the form and JotForm server. Thus, making it secure to submit sensitive data from your forms. In regards, with Payments Forms, payment processing are directly submitted to Payment gateways and it will not go through our servers to make it more secure.
For further reference please read our user guide: How can I receive SSL Submissions?. Thanks
