Zapier - Error when creating integration: 'we're having trouble loading form data'

    Hi there,


    I'm trying to connect jotform to different platforms through Zapier...

    When I try to connect, I'm seeing this message..

    Can you confirm why & potentially help me solve this issue?

    Hello

    I've checked your account and found that EU data servers safe mode is enabled. While connecting the account in Zapier, you must make sure to indicate that you're using a European datacenter.

    Please remove the Jotform account currently connected to Zapier by clicking on 'disconnect' here:


    https://zapier.com/app/connections

    Next, reconnect your Jotform account. When prompted, please select :

    Do You Use European Datacenters? - Yes
