Embedded form not displaying Debit or Credit Card button correctly

My form was working well and then yesterday, I added a long text field and then decided to remove it today. I also added an email notification. I have the form embedded in an iframe in my web page, so I copied the new form to the iframe. Now I am missing the last button (Debit or Credit Card) from the PayPal collect widget.

Please look at the page and let me know what is going wrong. I am using GoDaddy Websites + Marketing webbuilder.

I checked your embedded form and I was able to see the Debit or Credit Card button. However, it's not on full display and the form is stuck and can no longer be scrolled down.

Could you please use the Embed code not iFrame code instead and follow this guide: Adding-a-form-to-godaddy
