I am sending the form data to CRM using zapier but it gives error

    Hi,

    I am using to send the data to CRM but it gives error Error (400): invalid_parameter -> Invalid phone number.

    I have changed that field to be numeric to be text but the issue remains. also used mask value but this is not working.

    can you please help?

    Hi jonathan,

    Please find attached the error message received.

    I have found that the same form is successfully sending the data to sendinblue via Zapier but not using Integromat. 

    So not sure if the issue is with integromat, can you please check and confirm?

    Thank you for providing us with the requested information. I have checked on our Integromat integration feature, but so far there was no issue reported related to it at this time.

    It could be possible the issue was on the specific field in the form only.

    What I suggest you try for testing purposes is to change the Phone Number field to a regular Textbox field only. Use the Short Text field as the Phone Number field instead.

    Then redo the field mapping steps in the integromat side. Make sure the form Short Text (Phone Number) field was mapped to the correct field in integromat.
