bounce list

    I am getting an alert when building and testing my new form that says "your address is on our bounce list - please contact support and asked to be removed..."

    HELP!

    Hello, upon checking your account with username tymm and your main email address is in our bounce list. I have already removed them with this log message:

    tymm@comcast.net is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta25.emeryville.ca.mail.c=
    omcast.net comcast 199.255.193.31 Comcast block for spam.  Please see http:=
    //postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'
