Why am I being told my account is over its quota when I have integrated Dropbox on all forms?

    I have dropbox integrated on all my forms, but I received the email:

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Monday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 100.00 MB of upload space.

    I don't understand why it would be close to the limit when I don't have anything that is being stored on JotForm?

    Every form that you create with our form builder will stored at JotForm servers first. If you create an integration with a 3rd party, the information will be forwarded, not bypassed.

    If you want to free up space, simply login to your account, go to My Forms, Select  the form and click on Submissions. Then delete the file links
