I am unable to see all submitted information in the body of the form email

    Hello,

    I am receiving the form via email, however the body of the form where the user is signing is not showing up.

    We need to have proof of signature next to the text. So we need to receive the text and the signature with the text.

    Please advise,

    To confirm: are you referring to the notification emails you are getting after someone fills your form out?

    I created a clone of your form 203577262288160 and sent through several dummy submissions in an effort to replicate your issue: please allow me a little more time to investigate, and I will update you via this thread as soon as I have an potential answer for you.

    Thank you for your patience as I investigated and tested this further to find the solution for you.

    As I mentioned, I had made a clone of your form 203577262288160 in an effort to replicate the issue, but I was unable to: I was able to see all signatures in the notification email and in the resulting PDF:
