    I trying to create a multi-page form with conditional statements.  On page 3, I have a date field displaying the current date which will be used to trigger the Fees section of the form.  If it's on or before July 4, 2014 then the early fee schedule is shown; otherwise, the late schedule is seen.

    My question:

    How do I get the entire page to immediately display the correct fee schedule, based on the current time, when loaded?

    please add a "close form collapse" at the end fo your form in order to show the registration fee section.

    I cloned your form and made a change at the conditions, please check:

    Finally once you tested the condition, you can hide the date field from the final user so it will be not able to change the current date, by injecting custom css to your form.

    Inject this custom css to your form in order to hide the current date field:

    #id_35 { display: none !important; }

    Here is the final cloned form, feel free to clone it to your own use:

    Hope it helps

    Your all are incredibly fast and good... a rare combination!  And, thank you for answering my next question before I could ask - how to hide the date.

    I do have one question regarding  #id_35.  When I looked at the Field Details, it showed: "#month_35, #day_35, #year_35".  For future reference, do I just drop whatever is before the number and use that as the identifier?

    Yes, the number itself will identify the field as it was added to the form. If you do remove that fields from the form and added it again it will contain an incremented number as an identifier.
