How do i get the pdf document to stop indenting these 2 sections ?

Hi I couldnt upload a pdf form, so started from scratch. and form all looks of - EXCEPT when it actually prints it as a pdf

then it seems to indent 2 of the sections into the middle of the page form some reason, all the rest of the form is left centred

put in here as images as you cant upload pdfs to support

How do i get them to stop indenting these 2 sections ? any help appreciated
