I have been using JotForm for a few websites, but I got a new request today and am looking for some advice.
I have a client that asked if I could create an "APP" for an iPad (but I am not sure this actually needs an "app" - whatever that means). This is a small ranch that wants to have an iPad that they provide at the front desk for visitors to sign-in, by filling out some personal information fields, then "sign" the form onscreen with their signature (like SQUARE Payment Systems), then a SUBMIT button to send the data to an email address.
Not sure why they want the ability to scribble a signature on the screen with their finger as there is no way I can think of to prove who actually signed it?
Anyone done anything similar to this before?

You are able to use the E-Signature field as an option for your client to evaluate.
Example Form: http://form.jotform.co/form/32866671340861?
Do let us know if you need additional assistance, thank you.
