How can I change the date range option accordingly with a user's answers?

    Hi,

I'm new to Jot and trying to copy over some calculations from my old form software. I started to read the docs on it and it didn't seem to work. So here is all i'm trying to accomplish. Can someone please let me know the formulas and/or calcs to properly get this without it taking too long? Thanks

    1. Date Calculations: I want a date to prefill IF an answer to a question is no and that date to be a range of lets say 30-60 days. The opposite might be true too. If the answer is, lets say, yes, then the date range isn't prefilled but only available dates are in the range of 14-30 days. I then want to be able to prefill 2-4 other date fields depending on these answers and make these date fields hard so they can't be edited.
    2. I am wanting to do a promo code field that is a little more complicated then the typical. depending on the subscription option the consumer chooses, and of course the promo code, i want it only to give me a value of savings and NOT have it effect the final payment that is made today. Basically i charge a setup fee that doesn't get discounted, but the promo code does effect the subscription they choose. So i want to show them their discount off the plan they got. Then also want to be able to give them an error message if the promo code is wrong. Also the formula to auto format the code to caps and remove spaces.
    3. I have a few fields where the consumer can choose multiple options. If certain options are chosen, i want a internal code to be created or placed that is internally viewed only and sent with the payload of the form submission. There are 4-8 options that if chosen have "codes" that we use internally and want that to come with it.
    4. Finally, after a form is complete, i want to be able to roll the consumer right into 1-3 other forms to complete right away and those forms to be autofilled so the consumer doesn't have to enter the same info. this use case is when the client completes the sign up form, pays and then goes to the form to fill out a roster form and a supply passwords form. I also want to be able to autofill an internal ID to these forms so we know which client it specifically refers to.

Hi, Moore_Jeff. I am glad to help you today.

Wow. Those are challenging questions. We kindly ask you to open a new ticket to each one of your doubts. This way, we can isolate them to avoid confusion between topics and test properly. Hence, we did split your questions into four different tickets. As soon as possible, we will reply to you one each of them.

How to show the discounted price using the promo code?

How to add hidden information in the form accordingly with a user's answers?

How to autofill other forms with the user's information from a first form?

In this ticket, we will work on your first inquiry about dates.

When the user responds YES to your first question, do you need to prefill the date picker with a specific date or change the date range to allow your user to choose a date between 30-60 days starting from "today's" date?

Can you please check if this form is what you need?
