Why do I get different data when I run a list of submissions compared to a visual report data

    When I run a list of submissions for Crestwood Village South Move In Evaluations from 10/1/20 through 12/30/20 I get a list of 8 submissions.


    When I run a visual report for the same form with the same date filters, I only get 4 submissions. Why are these different?

    It appears the visual report builder is not including any submissions from November.

    Hi!

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I have raised this case to our back-end team for further investigation. I have checked your form, and there is a problem indeed. The Jotform Tables does not return the same number of responses when the same filter is applied.

    We cannot give you a specific time frame, but we will notify you as soon as we have an update.

    Hello @DeePlatacis,

    Can you please compare the report and the Tables again and let us know if you are still having issues? I have checked, and both Jotform tables and the visual report are showing the same data.

    No, now it does not match anything that I ran on December 30th. At that time, I got 8 submissions but only 4 appeared on the visual report. The date range I am using is 10/1/20 - 12/31/20


    Today, when I look, I get 3 submissions but only 2 show up on the visual report.

    Hello,

    It worked for this one report - now we have CWN Resident Move In Evaluations showing 6 responses in tables, but when I run the report it is only showing 2 using the same date ranges.

    We have 5 properties that I run this same report for every quarter and I am responsible for logging all data.

    If this new program is not working, can we not go back to the old report builder? At least we knew what we were capturing..

    I have not tried the information for Crestwood Village South yet.
