When picking a plan, what is meant by 'payment submissions'?

In the Bronze level plan, what is meant by 100 payment submissions?

As in, the number of payments I may accept....ever?

The 100 Payment Submissions limit refers to the number of payment submissions that an account can receive in a month out of the 1000 monthly submissions accounts on a Bronze monthly plan has.

The limit resets every first of the month.
