I have created a form for my site where clients can upload mpe audio files for me to transcribe. I tested it from the site and once it had finished submitting it directed me to the thank you page as it should. My problem is I do not receive the e-mail at my e-mail account.
If I try it without attaching and mp3 audio file, the e-mails arrive as it should.
anyone with any ideas. I have the max file size set to 10240 (10mb i believe) and my web host says my e-mails are okay for 12mb

The fact that the notifications arrive okay when the files are not attached leads me to believe that the submissions with attachments are being sent to your junk mail folder. Have you checked there?

thanks for that m8. Have checked all the junk mail files both on my outlook set up and at my site's web mail panel. I am afraid there is nothing there relating to the files with the audio attached anywhere.
I need this to work so that clients can send me some work.
hope you can help

Have checked every folder including the junk mail and they are nowhere to be seen
Any more advice welcome

I checked on your account and found out that the form that is involved in this issue does not have an email notification set up.
In order to receive emails when a submission is made on your form you'd have to add a notification email to your email alerts.
To create a notification email
1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar
2. Click on "Email Alerts"
3. Click on "Add New Email"
4. Select "Notification" option and complete the wizard.
Email alerts sent by our servers cannot contain attachment files. We only send email alerts with links to the uploaded files that are stored in our servers. You'd have to click the link to be able to download the file.
By the way, I checked on your form submissions and I found a submission with an uploaded mp3 file
Go ahead and create a notification email for your form. You may do a test submit to see if it works. Let us know if you're having other issues. Thank you.
