I have changed NOTHING in my preferences or notification or email, yet as happens about 3 times per year, you guys mess with something and I stop receiving orders.
I AM NOT RECEIVING MY ORDERS VIA EMAIL..........WHY???!!! I AM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE, PLEASE PROVIDE SERVICE.

If so make sure to update the email settings of your form by chooseing the Email field of your form as the Reply-to Email:
In this way you will have your settings complete and reduce the possibility that issues happen.
I would recommend you to check your email spam folder, it could be that we are sending the notification emails but they are getting to your spam folder. In addition, please contact your email provider and request them to whitelist our domain names:
(We use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.)

hi...i kinda want to change my email that accepting the order..how am i suppose to do that??
i mean i want to change the receiptent email...tq
