Hello, I only use jotform for half the year leading up to our festival. From this time until Feb/March of next year I wont need the upgrade again. Cna you please refund me mu charge for this month that just posted to my account for 9.95$. I will upgrade next year again. Thank You.

I have requested the refund to our higher management. Refunds for Paypal Direct Payment will usually takes up to one week to be processed. You will be notified here when the process is done so with from Paypal.
