PDF is downloading without signature

    Hello!

    We have a HIPAA compliant form that clients are completing. The signature appears in the spreadsheet as it is required to submit.

    When we go to download the document, the PDF does not have the signature included with the date stamp. This is the first time we are encountering this issue.

    Hi there,

    The signature is not appearing in the PDF because it is not mapped on the Original PDF as you can see below.

    You can fix it by clicking "Add to PDF" as shown above.
