Unable to login.

    I have a record of my Username and Password, but when I entered them I could not gain access. After trying several times the system lock me out. I need to review several recently completed questionnaires sent by my clients. How can I overcome this? Can I send you my Username & Password to verify it? I really don't want to change my password again. Thanks.

    Your account username shown in your screenshot is correct, however, it looks like you have multiple failed login attempts. I would suggest that you try resetting your account password by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password.

    Let us know if that works.
