I'm getting the "Return to merchant and try a different payment method, we are not able to process your payment using your paypal account at this time" error when using my JotForm.
I've tried deleting and adding back in the payment section, but it still isn't working.
Using just a plain PayPal button on my site works, so it isn't a PayPal problem.
(I had to take it down so it isn't currently on my webpage.)
Is there something I need to do in my PayPal account so that the form will work or is it some other problem? I'm really disappointed because I love how the form looks and functions.

I have made a test submission and wasn't able to reproduce the issue on my end. May I know on which part of the process are your getting this error message? It would be a big help if you can post a sample screenshot. We have a guide on how to post a screenshot in your reply. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache or tried using a different browser just to isolate the issue, maybe a browser parsing issue.
