    how can i create an "other" option with type in text for radio buttons and checkboxes?

    Is there some way to have an "other" option when I use multi-select checkboxes or single select radio buttons where the user can enter in some short free form text?

    Kind of like...

    Yes this is possible, You'll just have to enable it in your form builder. Please see the steps below on where/how to enable this.

    1. Click on the Dropdown and Radio | Property | Choose Allow Other "ON"
