What will happen to my unused submission monthly as a Paid plan owner?

    Hello Support

     

    If I Update to Premium, i get 1000 submision payment, and used in one month only 15 payments of 1000 submissions payment, if i switch plan the next month to free again i lose the 985 submission payments i didnt use??, its not fair if next month i have to pay again for 9.95, please explain me.

    Hello,

    As a premium user you are entitled 1000 Submissions, that includes the ff: Regular Submission, Secure Submission and the Payment submission.

    It resets every 1st day of the month for all the paid plans. The paid plan is advisable for users that receives a lot of traffic per month to avoid any disabling of the account when reached over 10 payment submissions.

    Hello,

    I understand is made for those people you say that use lot of traffic, but what about others??, what about those who only used 12 payments or 30 payments from 1000 payments given, so maybe the best suggestion i can take, is creating 5 account diferent, with same form, then i have 50 submissions payment?? We all know how to do this way, i hope JOTFORM can Make A better Plan For Those Who Cant , Manage This Type Of Plans. Remember JOTFORM SUPPORT, The Clients Are Your First Priority, if you dont solve our Issues, You Will Never Have the clue to go Straight.
