    I want to view my form using iPad

    Asked by ValCarter on October 16, 2013 at 05:49 AM

    Hi there,  I've used loads of Jotforms during the past year and they have displayed in all browsers, including Safari for I-Pad.  However, my most recent batch of forms are displayed in the more common browsers, but they are not displayed at all in the I-Pad.  Here is the script I am using :

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/32803528142954"></script>

    Page URL:

    Hello,

    May I know the URL of the Website/Page from where your form is embedded? So that I can check with my iPad.

    Also, I would suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This should help fixed this issue. Getting the Form iFrame Code

    If problem persists, please let me know the URL of the website/page itself and I will further investigate.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the speedy response. I have established that previous Jotforms were embedded in Html and the new forms are embedded in Html5 format. Does this perhaps mean anything? My Jotforms are not published on a website; they are embedded in e-learning content and are used so students can submit their assignments etc. I have created a link below which bypasses the e-learning system and links directly to the file on the server. You will need to click onto Activity 5.4.

    Sorry, I forgot to send you the link to the Jotforms embedded in Html. The previous link was embedded in Html 5 and cannot be viewed in Ipad. Please go to All Activities > Module 1 > Activity 1.2

    Thank you, yes, this form can be viewed in any browser. It’s the previous link I sent to you where the Jotform is embedded in Html5 which cannot be viewed.

    @Val

    I tested your form using the next link and I was not able to view it on iPad iOS6 just as you said:

    Did you already try using the iFrame code instead of the current script you are using? If not please give it a try. Kindly use this guide to know how to get the form iFrame code: Getting form iframe code

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
