I have a situation where I need to send the same info to one of three people , the person it is sent to needs to be selected by some means . to further explain a client may want to de-employ a surveyor (we have three) so some standard text can be used for this , client will complete form, but who out of the three surveyors it is sent to needs to be selected.
is this possible and what would the recomendation be on how to achive this ???

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to send submission data to someone which you can select in your form. Is that correct?
You can add a checkbox question in your form to list the surveyor. Instead of checkbox question you can also add a radio button question if you want only one surveyor to be selected from the list.
Now you can add a condition to send submission email to the selected person. I have created a sample form for you for better understanding. Please check this form: http://form.jotform.co/form/32754675364867?
Here is a guide which should help you understand the conditional logic to send notification email based on dropdown selection: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
Feel free to clone this form and do your own tests. This guide should help you clone this form: http://www.jotform.com/help/28-How-to-clone-an-embedded-form-from-a-webpage
Hope this helps.
