    email notifications

    Hi,

    We are no longer receiving email notifications when someone registers using our form. Did we inadvertently do something we shouldn't have? We rely on those notifications to send out confirmations.

    Hi, 

    After checking your email server logs, I can see that email was successfully delivered, could you check your SPAM folder?  In order to avoid your  form notifications being marked as spam, please configure your "Sender name" and "Sender E-mail" too.

    The emails are not in our spam, or any other place. The last email we
    received was October 8th, and we've had several registrations since then.

    I have checked your form and Sender Name and Sender E-mail are empy in your notification. Like what my colleague posted previously please apply Sender name and choose noreply@jotform.com for Sender E-mail to avoid not receiving emails.

    It seems that there is something going on with Jotform - I have had the same problem, jumped through the same hoops and got nowhere.  I have a feeling that there was some update applied that has caused these problems, as I have seen many many posts with a similar problem.  Can someone from Jotform please let us know why we are not receiving our emails all of a sudden ?

    Hello,

    I made the changes you suggested. It works when I click the "test email" button in the Compose Email dialogue box. But it does not work when I submit the form from our website, i.e. not in edit mode.

    Can you please take another look?

    Hello,

    I just got it to work using our gmail address but not the one from our website which was previously working. I just tested info@follow-your-art.com with a regular email from my personal account and it worked. The "test email" button actually also used our gmail address as the default email. 

    Do you know why one email would work and not the other?

    Hi,

    your email service provider could be blocking emails coming from JotForm servers, could you try by contacting your email service provider in order to make further investigations about if they are blocking jotform emails?

    You can provide them with this copy of the server log records also with this IP address list in order to whitelist JotForm servers
