You addressed my problem VERY quickly last week and I appologize that I have not gotten back to you, but the captcha is still desplying the unnecessary photo next to the captcha data. Most customers will think it is a required part of the captcha (which I think would be a great idea) but the form goes through without it. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for contacting us.
I checked your form and just as you said it is still displaying the Image along with the captcha numbers. so I cloned your form and deleted the current captcha and added a new one, so that it is not displaying the image any more. Here is my form: https://www.jotform.com/form/32885771954975 and it doesn't display any image on the captcha field:
Please clone it using this guide: How to clone an existing form from a URL
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
- gndzeroAnswered on October 16, 2013 at 05:12 PMI appreciate all your help but again, if I navigate to that form it
appears, even though it does not show up when I'm editing the file.
Attempt to access your url you sent me and you will see what I am saying.

I was able to see your problem were the required field are not working, please try re-embedding the code with an iFrame and that should fix the issue.
- gndzeroAnswered on October 17, 2013 at 02:23 PMI'm having difficulty getting an iFrame to work with the script inside.
Do you have a suggestion?
This is one of the attempts I made and while the frame is present the
form is not - its just an empty space.

The captcha is still desplying the unnecessary photo next to the captcha data. Most customers will think it is a required part of the captcha (which I think would be a great idea) but the form goes through without it.
Let me please explain this, you use reCaptcha on the form. The reCaptcha is being provided by Google, and this is how it works, they use the second 'unnecessary' part to digitize books, newspapers, photo data and other things. In other words, there are no any bugs with this reCaptcha behavior. You can check this page to find out more information about reCaptcha.
