    Hello,

I'm sorry, but I can't, for the love of all that's holy, figure out how to create this sort of form with the Payment Form wizard:

    CALCULATE TUITION:

    choice 1: 20 hours per week @ $300/wk

    OR (i.e. radio button)

    choice 2: 25 hours per week @ $340/wk

    THEN

enter: number of weeks to book

    CALCULATE THE TOTAL PRICE

My problem is, when I try to add the second option, it no longer let's me enter the price for it. While at the same time, it wants me to enter the price for the product itself, i.e. for the "Tuition". But without choosing one of the options, there is no price to show.

In addition to my post a few days ago, here is what I did but this time adding the Registration fee product:

    Step 1 - Add a Payment Field

Step 2:Fill in your Payment details and click Next

Step 3:Choose "Users can select multiple products" and make sure to tick the "Show total on the form and then click Next

Step 4: Click "Add New Product" to add your first product

Step 5: Fill in the product name and price. On this example, a Registration fee is mandatory so make sure to tick the "Required" checkbox. Click Next afterwards

Step 6: Click "Add New Product". To set the Tuition product.

Step 7:Fill in the name and price and click "Save Product"

Step 8: To add a quantity selection on the product, hover your mouse on the product to show its options. Click "Add New Option"

Step 9: Choose "Add Quantity Property" and tick the "Custom Quantity" check box.

    Click Next when done.

Step 10:This is the default settings. Click Finish

Step 11: Click "Save the Product" to save the Tuition product

Step 12:Click "Add New Product" this time for Tuition 2

Step 13: Repeat the same steps 7 to 11.

Here is your Final Product list for Payments

I apologize for not giving you the steps. You may clone this form for demo purposes and further customizations:
