Although it might be possible to insert data from widgets, such as the Configurable List widget, into a form field using conditions, we do not have a feature that updates the option itself in a drop-down field conditionally. Currently, it is not possible to pass data from another field/widget into a widget.

Our widgets are loaded on the form using a separate source/script that is not possible for form conditions to insert values in it.

Currently, we only have the User Contributed Dropdown widget where respondents can contribute options in a drop-down and that option will already be available for the other respondents to select.

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to automate it. You will have to manually add each person after a submission. Unfortunately, there is no workaround to this either.
