Problem with Facebook IntegrationAsked by kpl_39 on October 17, 2013 at 08:25 AM
I am trying to integrate a jotform on my website's registration page with Facebok.
I referenced http://www.jotform.com/answers/226442-My-Facebook-integration-doesnt-work-on-my-website-
and tried domain: jotform.com,jotform.co, jotform.us
URL: http://form.jotform.com, http://form.jotform.co, http://form.jotform.us (respectively)
I got the same error message as the OP.
I looked in my facebook embed code and came up with
http://form.jotform.us/form/31645199901156"</strong> frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2714px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
I also tried putting that into the url form with no luck.
Thanks in advance!
Could you share with us the link to your facebook page in order to make further investigations? it would be helpful to if you tell us which method did you used in order to show the form at your page.
Please check this guide:
Sorry, I'm not trying to put a form on my facebook page, I am using the Facebook Integration on a form on my website.
I want them to use their facebook credentials when registering.
I get this message when I click Log In on the facebook login
Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.
Could you try by re embeding your form using the iframe code method:
http://support.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code i'm quite sure that it will work after this, if you check the standalone version of your form you will see that the FB integration is working fine
Hope it helps
please let us know if you need further assistance
Thanks for the help.
You are welcome!
Thank you for using JotForm
