My password and/or username is incorrect.

    i'm usually signed in automatically but this one time it wasnt, i tried signing in but it wouldnt work. i typed in my username on the forgot password area and it says my reset info has been sent to my email. i go to my emails and i dont see it. is there any way you can tell me the email it has been sent to because i believe ive checked every one i know.

    May I know the Form URL you have created to track the account, because I can see a guest account only under your email address.

    I will wait for your response to assist you further.

    Hello Luke,

    Upon checking your form, I found that it is associated with a guest account. This type of account is created when you don't register/login to your account and start building your forms. This means you do not have any registered account yet.

    You should sign up for a free JotForm account using the email address "" and all the forms should automatically be moved to your new account. Do get back to us you do not see the forms in your new account and we will manually move them.
