Appointment field: Appointment slots are grayed out even when they should be available.

    Hello,


    We are having an issue with appointment slots being grayed out when they should be available.


    I see that this issue has been reported in the past. Have you folks not fix it? Cloning the form will not reproduce the issue since the past submissions are not carried over to the new form. The form thinks it has reached its limits for the appointment slots. I've clear cache serval times and that has not fixed the issue.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The issue experienced previously with the Appointment field is fixed.
    I cleared your form cache, and currently it seems that all the appointment slots are available:

    If this were to happen again, please clear your form cache.

    However, if this would not fix the issue, or you would still encounter the issue repeatedly, please let us know, as it might be something that we need to forward to our developers.

    Hi,

    I have now cleared your cache. Please check the appointment field and see if it has refreshed.

    If the issue would appear again, you can also try clearing the cache on your side, and see if it will work; please refer to our guide here: How-to-clear-your-form-cache

    Also if the Appointment field would behave like this often, I would suggest removing the field from the form, and setting it up back to the form newly.

    Hi Again,

    It looks like we need the cache cleared again.

    What is happening? Why does it require this so frequently on our forms? We are losing our members' confidence.

    What can we do on our end to prevent it from happening again? If there is nothing on our end, can you on your end schedule a clear cache daily for us.

    Hi LAFPPForms,

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Would you mind creating a new form or adding a new appointment field, hiding the previous appointment field and set it up again to allow appointments per slot? Afterward, kindly test your form.

    Please don't delete the existing appointment field.  The deleting fields will result in losing data in the form's submissions.

    I have also cleared your form cache from the server.

    Let us know if the issue still persists.

    The issue is that the problem repeats itself even when new forms are created.

    Sorry about that. I checked your last edited form but can't seem to find an appointment field in it. Could you please share the form you're having this issue as well as the timeslots that shouldn't be greyed out yet?

    It's not just one form. Do you see Service Pensions Group Counseling form? That is currently not working. Earlier it was the Drop Entry form.


    Can you clear cache once again for us so Service Pensions will work again? Thank you.
