    I have created two surveys under the FREE basic plan. I am not sure if I will get 100 responses. If I do hit 100, I want to be sure I get those responses. Is there a way to be billed if I hit that amount. And also, is that 100 responses / question or 100 responses from any number of questions in one month?

    In regards with the limitations, a free account will have 100 submissions, 10 SSL submissions, 10 payment submission type. This is not per each form questionnaire that you have. The counter will count against all of your submissions on all of your forms.

    For example:

    Form 1 receives 20 submissions

    Form 2 receives 80 submissions

    Then you already reached your 100 submission limit based on the above situation. This applies to other submission types - SSL & Payment submission.

    In addition to my last response, I don't think that we have that kind payment scheme. We do not bill per submission levels. The only thing you can do is to choose one of our Account types that suits your requirements in regards with submission limit.

    You can easily upgrade by going into your account settings clicking the Upgrade section and choose one of the Account types.
