I recently came across JotForm and I am very excited to integrate it in our website for an upcoming bike ride fundraiser. We were looking for a platform to register participants and collect registration fees, and this seems like a great system.
However, I am somewhat confused. I was under the impression that we get 100 submissions per month for free, and since every one of our participants must pay for a registration fee, I *assume* that each one of the 100 can complete the form and use our Paypal link.
However, now that I have everything integrated and ready to go, I see that there is a separate "Payment submissions" category of which I get 10. I can find no information on this. None of the FAQs make any mention of this.
My question is, does this effectively limit us to 10 form submissions per month?? Or is this an indicator of something else? We are really hoping that we can still accept up to 100 submissions per month with payment, and not only 10.
Thanks for your time, I look forward to a response!
