"Jotform is a monthly subscription service. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time. When you cancel your subscription you will not lose any of your forms or your data"
On March 4th i received an email:

I have forwarded your request. You will get an update post as soon as possible
but they keep charging to my boss's card ... and we are now almost in June o.O
would it be possible to cancel it now plese?

Upon seeing the old ticket you opened for the cancellation, our fellow support team members have indeed confirmed the cancellation of the subscription. However, for some reason, your account still comes up as Premium. May I know the full name and/or email address used for paying this subscription so I can look it up on Plimus (our credit card payment gateway) and investigate why this is happenning?

I found the subscription information for your Premium account. It appears that the subscription has already been cancelled since March. There should be no reason for the your employer's card to get charged more than once. The total price charged for one month of your Premium subscription is 128.28 MXN.
I have reverted your account back to Free status. You will not need to worry about being charged again. Thank you for using Jotform.
