I just paid for premium membership on May 22, but my forms have been disabled. I certainly have not received more than 1000 submissions since May 22, so why have i been disabled? Should I just purchase another premium member ship to reactivate as I am certain that I will not now receive more than 1000 a month?

I can confirm that you have indeed paid on May 22, however, your account went overlimit because it has reached more than 1000 submissions. Your account is supposed to refresh its counter on the 22nd of the next month. \
Upon further checking, I see that you have made another payment for your account today for another Premium subscription on the same account. Please be advised that you cannot do it like this. A subscription pays for a whole month and not for the number of submissions, that is why paying another 9.95 wouldn't make your limits add up to 2000.
To enjoy higher subscription limits, you would need to cancel your Premium subscription and upgrade to a Professional subscription.
