The response appears in the submission box on my jotform account but it doesn't get deliverd to my email in box.

As I have checked your email, it is not in our bounce list.
However, it is highly recommended that you use email@example.com
As your sender email on your notification settings to avoid email not getting to your account.

Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
