If you changed the Recipient email of your form and at the time of testing it, it continues sending the notification to the email associated to the account, it could be that you are using the Test Email button:
It will work with the email associated to the account only even if you change it. So, we would recommend you to test your form in real time.
But we would appreciate if you share with us the link of the form you are having troubles with so that we can forther investigate.
I already clear your form caches from our side, that might help to resolve the issue.

Thank you very much, but to still have the same problem, yet still sending me mail that I want, I'm not using the test button.

could you provide us the link or the name of your form, and the email address which you need the notifications be sent, in order to make futther investigations.
