Hello,
I am having issues downloading my PDF forms. I get to the point where my form is ready for download and when I click 'download', it responds, but then does not actually download anything. I have checked my download folder and other places and it not no where to be found. Any advice would be appreciated!Thanks,

Hello Kelsey,
Thank you for contacting JotForm Support, we do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.
If you are referring to downloading the PDF reports for your form submissions, then you can actually download them individually or altogether right from within the PDF Editor page or the Tables page.
If you select to download each individually, it should start an automatic download for the file, however, if you select to download all, then a Zip folder will be sent to you via email containing all of the files.
Please give both options a try and let us know if the issue persists.
