To be honest, "Sender Email" and "From Email" are kind of confusing -- so which one will be the sender's email as the recipient seen???

We are sorry for the confusion
"Sender Email" relates to either JotForm email or your own Custom Email address. It is exactly the "From Email Address" field when you receive it as an alert when there are new submissions. They are the same.
On recipient's point of view it will be seen as "From Email"
An example is this:
Sender Name: John Doe
Sender Email: email@example.com
Reply-To Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Recipient Email: email@example.com
When the form is submitted and the emails are sent, since the Recipient is firstname.lastname@example.org it is the one who will receive the message alert.
When "Customer" opens his inbox he will see this:
From: John Doe<john@gmail>
Subject: New submission
When the "Customer" wants to say something to John Doe and replies to him:
Subject: Re: New submission
