Error when submitting information

    Hi, we have been using JotForm for over a year now and has been very happy with the service in general - it saved so much of our time and the majority of our customers are very happy that we have change from word doc and paper form to this, despite many of them are not the most comfortable with technology.

    However, we has experienced some issues with the form lately. We used Jotform again this year for our application process, and a few applicants (about 4 or 5 of them out of 120 applications) had issues of missing images or documents. The deadline has passed now, but the form is here  

    And right now, we are collecting information from the successful applicants, using this form we only had 31 submissions so far and already 4 people came to us to say they couldn't submit their form. It shows an error when click 'Submit' but no field was highlighted or identified as having issues. And everytime this happens, we went and fill the form and submit to test, but it seems to be working fine. I thought the first person who had the problem might just be submitting something wrong, but if 4 out of 30 had the same problem, there must be something that's not quite right.

    Could you check this up for us? Would it have something to do with the fact that the from was cloned and edited from the same form we used last year?

    Hello Tonia,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I tested your from and sent you several submissions but did not encounter any error. To allows us to troubleshoot, it would be great if you could ask your users what error message they see after the submit button is clicked.

    We will wait for your response.
