I have noticed recently that my form has stopped allowing large uploads. I can upload 10k-500k files but when it gets to the 10mb area it will not even load the file on the form it just ignores the request. I have also tried files up to the 100mb threshold but cannot get larger files to upload. I have also noticed that I no longer see the progress bar or how much space I have used of my 100mb. I could be full and not know it. Although I have looked on my submissions page and there are no uploads at this time.

Thanks for contacting us.
I cloned your form and made some tests, I tried to upload a file with a size of 17.9MB and I had no issues to upload it and send it, see the next video to see the progress while uploading the file:
I also got the notification email with the uploaded file:
I made the same process with your form, here is the video: https://shots.jotform.com/eliezer/Screen%20Captures/user_form.swf
And it finishes the uploading process with no issues:
Now, I also checked your account and I was able to see the available space you have:
So, it could be a broswer caches related issue, we would recommend you to clear your browser caches and cookies, that might help to resolve the issue.
If the issue still persists we would recommend you to reembed the form using the iframe code at this time, please refer to this guide to know how to get the iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Let us know if you need further assistance.
