Field mapping to zendesk

    I am interested in using your platform to design a contact submission form for my website, and I am wondering if there is a way to map fields to zendesk, our current customer service ticketing platform. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Travis,

    Thank you for your interest with Jotform. Currently, we are not yet readily integrated with ZenDesk. If you know a thing or two about API, you can easily map fields submitted from Jotform to your zendesk account.

    These pages might help, particularly the 2nd one:


    Mail API could be easier to implement, because Jotform has an Email Alert feature that sends email to a specified email address whenever a submission is made on a form and since Zendesk's Mail API can assign tickets from email messages received.

    I'm not sure if I can give more specific information though, as there is no way for me to test this because I do not have a zendesk account to play with.
