I want to be able to link to different pages in the instructions of a question, if that possible?
Just to make sure, you want to add a Hyperlink on your form? If this is the case you can use the Free HTML Tool to add in the HTML code in to your form.
Using the Free Text HTML Tool to add in a hyperlink:
(Do make sure to make the "Target" option has "Open in a new Window" selected, so that the user does not navigate away from the form).
