I am trying to change my payment option and when I to change the method type it just went to a blank screen. Please let me know what I need to do.

I just checked it from here and it seems to be fine. Do you have any other browsers to check on? Or please try to clear your browsers cache or reset its settings and try it again.
Simply click on Change Credit Card button if you wish to change your payment method.
