I am having trouble getting signed up. Says account already exists, but I have never signed up.

    I am having trouble signing up and filling out the information. Says I already have account, which I do not.

    I'm able to confirm that your email dougantone@yahoo.com is not associated with any Jotform account, only guest account.

    Please try using a different browser or try logging in using Chrome's incognito or Firefox private browsing mode, see if that works.

    I have no idea what you are asking me to do?? South coast pharmacy sent me link and I cannot access.

    It looks like you have filled a form that was built using Jotform builder. Please direct your question to South coast pharmacy so they can address it directly.
