How do I get to the change logs for patient info entered into my HIPAA forms?

Are you referring to the history of changes made by your patient after submissions.? If this is the case, it is not possible to get changelogs for the changes made after submissions.

However, as a workaround, you may consider adding a Notification to notify you each time an update is made.
