Have we missed a setting to be able to get the information from people that signs up with our form?

We have created a sign up form with two payment methods. We tried it out, when we filled out the form and signed up we did not get any information regarding the questions in the form for our confirmation on email or Jotform account. (see images below the picture does not have any information in it.) 

Have we missed a setting to be able to get the information from people that signs up with our form?

Thank you for reaching out.

There is no Submit button on the original form, so once the user has paid, they close the window and the information is not submitted anywhere.

Remember that you are embedding a form inside a form, so they are still two different entities.

I would recommend adding the submit button, maybe with a sentence saying "I have my payment, send my registration 👇" to invite the users to click on the main submit button.
