Hi, first of all I love the service. Jotform is great and has made my life a lot easier when it comes to coding forms. I was giving myself a real headache trying to learn it myself!

I have the from embedded in my site. I was testing my site and the form works great - except when I disable Javascript the form is totally invisible. Obviously this is a big problem because my visitor will not be able to use the form at all. I know most people do have Javascript enabled but there are still people who don't, such as people viewing the site on mobiles, older browsers etc. Is there no backup if the visitor has Javascript disabled? Is there any way to even show a basic form if this is the case?

Surely this is a big problem is the form just vanishes?

    Thanks,

    Dan

    Hi Dan,

Our form(s) are using Javascript Libraries so it is always required to run browser with Javascript Enabled. Without this settings, the form won't work and would cause to the issue mentioned.

You could try using the source codes: How to Get Form Source Codes. But again, issues may occur and someone would not be able to submit the form.

    Thanks
