Having spoken to Worldpay direct they tell me that the url is set to secure.wp3 and should be secure-testwp3 for test mode. Also the parameter is set to 0 when it should be 100 for test mode.
Is there anyway I can can these settings as Worldpay will not allow the form to go live without a test.

I did a test submit on your form and I got this message:
Have you contacted them about the reason why this page is appearing? Are you using a test installation ID? Would it be possible to get an active and live installation ID that is tied to your account?
To my knowledge, it is not possible to set the integration on our end to "test mode", so to speak. Your best bet is to get an active install ID. Please contact Worldpay for more assistance regarding this matter.

Hello leighs. Although this may have taken some time already, I'm happy to inform you that we have now added a test mode feature for Worldpay. You should be able to see this when you open your Worldpay payment tool wizard. Here is how it should look:
